Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Jacksonville W - I295 and I10, an IHG Hotel

Easy to get into, safe surrounding area, quietly calm. The staff from check-in to check-out was superb. So polite and ready to help. The food was the best clean presentable and hot so much to choose from. I’m old and have travelled a bit this was my first time staying in this hotel by name and I have another hotel by name I’ve always like to stay in when I travel. My sister recommend our families to stay there, so now I have 2 favorites and Holiday Inn Express has moved to number 1. It also had great store and food choices and convenient.

Staff was very friendly. They were extremely pleasant and helpful in every way. They were extremely helpful when asked about access to nearby restaurants, etc.

The rooms are huge, the staff was amazing, great parking, loved you could buy frozen food to cook from the lobby, pool was clean, patio aas amazing, waffle house and burger King walking distances

This is the best HIExpess we have ever stayed in. We are snow birds traveling through so the location works well for us. We just wish the hotels in the Jacksville area were not so expensive.
